Wallace Monument

Well I took an early morning drive along through Alloa to arrive in Stirling to grab a shot of the Wallace Monument which was took eight years to build and was completed in 1869 in a Gothic style on top of Abbey Craig an old Volcanic Crag in memory of William Wallace with the snow covered Ochil Hills in the background the monument holds the Wallace Sword but some historians say it may not be his who knows any how this is my blip for the day of the Wallace Monument in which Mel Gibson played the part of William Wallace in "Braveheart"1995
