went on a lovely bush bike ride today with laurie. over a week into my 'eat less, move more' life, and i'm feeling great.

i did get a little sunburnt though, despite it being grey and cloudy most of the time!

happy first birthday reuben! just watched the candle blowing out ceremony on skype and then my weird family of blippers doing strange things in the name of blipping.
