Sunshine crept softly through my window today

A bit of sun today illuminated the porch door.
The window has a bit of history: the original Victorian thin etched glass smashed in a gale and could not be replaced. The nice Insurance company (I'll say that again) the nice (Co-op Insurance company) allowed me to instruct a local craftsman to make a new window in stained glass to my own design. It is in keeping with the age of the house, being about 1900.

I like the effect the colours now have through what is a pretty dark hallway.
