Bright spot

The tulips against our back garden fence really glowed this evening in the rain. I did get a nice walk in beforehand, though, and am glad the peas are being watered - they're just starting to sprout. Indoors, the tomatoes are doing likewise.

The other day at Safeway, the only meat available was a giant whole chicken. I roasted it and it's made a few good meals. Tonight's was curried chicken salad with grapes - turned out pretty well, if I do say so myself. :)
