Clearing (Day 1791)

The weather was vile this morning when  my beautiful wife and I headed through to the yard to deal with the horses. They had been put overnight and HV thought it a good idea to bring them in to the shed for a feed. It got them out of the wind and rain for a while, but they were keen enough to get back out.
Back at home for an earlyish lunch, then out again to get the woofers out a wander. I put on all of my waterproofs, which meant that the rain stayed off and the sky cleared a bit.
Apparently there are now two confirmed cases of Covid 19 in Orkney. Hopefully it will not hit us too hard.
