All organised today

Today was the day. The chickens are confined so I can get to work properly in the garden. The new bed that I started digging about 6 months ago can finally be planted. All the plants I have kept alive over winter can now be put where I planned for them to go.The raised beds, changing from veg to flowers this year can be raked and seeded with the seeds that need to grow where they are planted. So many good intentions........
Last night we had a take away from the local pub, liver and onions for me together with a 2 pint plastic milk bottle of the local brewery's bitter. I suspect this and the large coffee I had before going to bed caused the disturbed night (up four times for a pee). Being rather tired and then being confronted by a very cold, damp and windy outside  put pay to the above plans. Instead I had a quiet morning, post lunch snooze, walk with Duds and pork casserole with veggy rice for tea. Having blipped I suspect I will use watch again to listen to a radio programme and fall asleep within the first ten minutes. Now that is a real plan.
The sign is outside a house in the village where a florist works. They often have flowers and plants in a little stall outside the front gate. Not sure how much business they do but its been going since we lived here so it can't be that bad.
