Morning walk was a local one, and the seen of a terrible accident last night. We went to mums yesterday evening to get warm, on are return the snow was really bad, we had not noticed as the curtains were drawn. Anyway we were a min or two away from home when we saw all these flashing lights! and a car on its roof it was horrible and quite shocking! we came home and I had a large rum and diet coke, didn't get to sleep till 2am so im a wee bit tired.

Diet going well, not as much walking this week, think it will show on the scales, we shall see.

Oh yesterdays blip was glass cube that belong in a glass vase! with a tea-light behind it! rubbish I know lol
