Sunscreen!

Another local walk today, and I went on my own :) it felt so good, the sun was blinding and it was very windy. I had my woolly hat on and my hood from my coat up too, I was walking right in to the sun with my head down and managed to bounce of a beech tree lol but its not enough to embarrass me once I went and did it again ahaha Ash must think im nuts lol. I never knew trees were so bouncy! Anyway I am well chuffed I went on my own :) It could be me getting better but more than likely its the increase in meds either way I still went out and it is a big deal to me. Still no heat or water off to lins for a shower tonight and some nice food :) Diet going well dont think tues loss will be as good as last week but we shall see. I did have something else to say but I have forgotten as per.
