Lockdown Day 10 - Neighbourhood Watch

Hello blip-friends!
We don’t think you’ve met us before but we know all about you! Our names are Humphrey, Lewis and SJ (Scooby Junior). We are two bears and a dog (SJ) and we belong to Heidi. We’re sorry we can’t greet you face to face today, but we have a very important role as ‘Neighbourhood Watch’ right now.

We’re sure many have heard about the big bear hunt going on all over the world. You can read about here.

Heidi is part of a neighbourhood WhatsApp group during this time of social distancing, self isolation, and lockdown. Today she sent out a message and suggested that we all take part in the bear hunt, for the benefit of kids (or those young at heart) who might be walking around our neighbourhood during their daily exercise. Within a few hours we were joined by many other bears, dogs, monkeys, rabbits, and even a sloth! We can see some of them from our vantage point here. Others we know are there because neighbours have sent photos. See some of our animal friends in the Extra photo.

We all have a very important job to do to bring some joy into the lives of our neighbours in these difficult days. We can all do our part!
