Melting Moments

This morning when I went outside I was delighted to see that the heavy snow forecast for overnight had amounted to a mere dusting. The sun was out and very warm, and everything was starting to thaw big-time. I liked the look of this mesh with the droplets of melted snow glinting in the sun, so decided to blip it. Not a fantastic shot photographically, but a joy to post!
If this thaw continues the deeper stuff will take a little time to clear, but at least it'll be on its way out .....

The sky as the sun went down looked good tonight.
