Whoooooosh!

Best seen as a BIGGER WHOOSH.

Light rain overnight has caused an almost complete thaw (and now the mud and puddles are back big-time!). The field's been draining into the stream so I took a walk across to it today - it's high! So the cascades are currently mega-cascades - the water's flowing hard, whooshing over them. The banks down to the stream are now very slippery, but was that going to put me off? Was it hell! With the aid of tree branches to hold onto as support somehow I managed to get down there without ending up in the water - and of the shots I took of 3 different cascades, this was the one I liked best.

Tonight's sunset was quite pretty.
