What a difference a day makes

Today I slept in and decided I wouldn’t check my work email until lunchtime. There was nothing urgent so I allowed myself a break. It was such a beautiful day l spent the afternoon tidying the garden, listening to the birds and planning a few things for upcoming birthdays. Both the kids came walking with me before dinner and we saw this lovely rainbow - I’ve not seen many in our neighbourhood. After dinner we spoke to Mum and did the virtual movie quiz and I did terribly as predicted. Anyway, I managed over 11,000 steps today and feel so much better for it. And the sun will be shining again tomorrow....
