Blossom, oak and moon

I spent most of the day doing my anatomy/physiology course.  Usually we would meet in person but today we watched some pre-recorded sessions from our tutor and then had a live question and answer session.  We repeated this morning and afternoon and I spent the time in between the sessions completing our latest workbook.  

Merlin and I went out for our walk at about 5pm.  There were plenty of people out but we tried to avoid them the best we could.  Over in the field the blackthorn is in full bloom and billows along the hedgerows.  It is as if it is putting on an extra special show to keep our spirits up.  You might be able to spot the moon to the top left of the oak tree.
