Lockdown Day 11

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

It’s Friday and that means party night! Basher and Shuvly hosted a Zoom ‘gig’ with get Basher’s (very talented) niece singing a few songs while her flatmate played guitar.

It was such a good night. There were loads of people to start with but later it dropped off to a more manageable number. Basher’s Auntie (in Vancouver) was on the call and mentioned that her garden will need done in the absence of her gardener and the chat went south fairly quickly!

Towards the end of the evening, the great plan was that we all have to meet up in person post pandemic. Obviously the best place to do that will be in Vancouver and that we are all going to stay at Basher’s Auntie’s house. She was loving the plan. It was making me laugh that it was the middle of her afternoon and she was as squiffy as the rest of us! She was also telling us that they have shops which sell cannabis gummy bears so we all preordered a packet!

There may have been alcohol involved!
