After yesterday’s horror about my age I asked Mr K to get me some age defying face cream when he was at Tesco’s this morning.
Although if I look old enough to have a 38 year old daughter this may not be enough!
When I got home last night and was telling Mr K about what the waiter said, I actually got quite upset. It was ridiculous but I hadn’t realised how being thought younger than I am is the norm for me and it was such a shock to have my self image so rudely shattered. So so so shattered!!!!
I’m sure I’ll get over it but felt a bit sorry for myself today.
And it’s Oil of Ulay not Olay.
Just like it’s Marathon, Opal Fruits and Midland Bank.
Damn, maybe I am old!!!
