Blossom-lined trail

Back to the Little Miami trail, on another beautiful day. It was just a picture today - carpets of yellow and white wild flowers beside the river, and lots of blossom beside the trail going through the town of Morrow. Spring seems to have been extra special this year - more spread out - quite often the temperatures warm up so quickly, it seems as if Spring is come and gone almost before you know it!  But I think part of it is that I’m just more tuned into it and thankful and appreciative of it in this uncertain time, when we need to forego so many things to keep ourselves and others safe. It’s good to be reminded that winter doesn’t last forever, but Spring comes again each year, and plants and trees burst forth again in leaves and flower.
