Toddler toes

It's always fun to go into Alex's room after he has finally fallen asleep to see what configuration the room is now in or to see what activity he fell asleep doing. Tonight, the first thing I saw when I walked through the door was his sweet little 4 year old feet sticking out of the covers. I was thinking the other day about how his feet are no longer cute as they continue to get bigger and bigger. . . I was wrong.
