Cancellations and Translations.

Thursday seems a long while ago when you're looking back at it from Sunday. My first two classes were cancelled today as the terminales were in Clermont for some kind of careers advice day. This left me the whole morning free to get on with my mairie translation. I made some progress, but it was slow all the same.

Had my class at 3, a new group of secondes, was asked by one of them if would like to go to the cinema with him. Not exactly the age of French boyfriend I was looking for.

Had my private lesson and went by the patisserie to get bread, ended up getting a cake too - this is one of the problems I've found not that the lady in the shop knows my love for cakes, she's able to sell me things I definitely don't need! Delphine came over for dinner and I chatted to her for an hour and a half without problem, we're surprisingly different despite the age difference. Then I skype Laura Fry, and well, her smiling face is enough to make anyone's day!
