Tree of Life
I’d forgotten - a film the night before on Curzon, Vivarium. And a very lovely little suburban nightmare it is. You couldn’t make up these times though - I’d never really thought what life would be like where nothing happens. The news pages - nothing but coronavirus. And all the other pages.. nothing. One bit of Sports News - there’s a strong possibility that Hearts could get relegated by a vote. OK, they’re four points adrift but with 24 points still up for grabs? Just to cheer me up.
So while the SK went for supplies for poor isolated Misterft, I went for a big walk round and about: a most lovely warm day, Stockbridge all closed up apart from Bowers and Armstrongs. And the beer shop at the bottom of Comely Bank was open, so I gave them some money. The beach was a bit quieter - there was a police raid in the morning, moving on the mums and buggies, and telling the swimmers to get out. Jane grassed them all up. #snitchNation.
