Flower Good Friday

There was a brief pause in the (sprinkling of) rain this morning. I loved the sun shining on the dahlias in the from garden so raced out to get some photos. They are all jumbled up, many grown from last year’s seeds so the colours are mixed. The extra shows some odd things seen on my blipathon, new flower spike on the orchid, old seed heads on the amaryllis and jade plant which needed a haircut. 

Easy day, had some messages from all the family including kids and siblings. We are going to have an Easter zoom catchup tomorrow.

Today would have been Dad’s 99th birthday. He was a good dad and missed.
