Order to the chaos

In an attempt to try and sort out some gut problems I've had for the last couple of years, I'm on quite a few tablets with meals at the moment. It was a faff every meal trying to sort them out so I ordered myself this bright colourful medicine box to help. They're now all there and ready when I need them and I can easily check that I remembered to take them.

It also has the days on it, very helpful in these times of lockdown where one day blurs in to the next. And on the plus side, it's all currently geared up at boosting my poor gut immune system which may mean also boosting my general immune system (and may explain why I catch lots of bugs).
