Continuing the theme

A few of my posts this week have revolved round ‘covid’ and PPE, today I went to Morrisons, I didn’t make use of the early bird NHS shop, as much as I appreciate the sentiment, I was off work today so had time to go and wait with everyone else.

I should apologise now as this may offend some of you - but the lady in front of me in the queue really made me cross! Not only has she acquired a proper PPE mask the type that some areas are desperate for, but she is wearing it on her head, so it is no longer clean, on entering the store she pulled it down but didn’t ‘pinch it in’ or tighten the elastic to create a seal, rendering it virtually useless, and I know this is speculation but I’m fairly sure she didn’t dispose of it in a clinical waste bin for incineration! Don’t get me started on all the glove wearers........
