When your family are all sending you fun pictures of their outside garden fun times and you're stuck in a top floor flat. Closest to gardening we're getting is a game of Takenoko (where you grow bamboo to feed the panda rampaging through your garden).

Was due to go to the allotment early this morning but it had rained and my soil is too sticky to plant in when it's wet. Now it's glorious but there are way too many people out and about to feel safe.

Turns out your can get bubbles delivered in Edinburgh so after a wander up Craiglockhart Hill for our daily exercise (I really enjoyed a brief barefoot stroll in a grassy area), we were finally able to join the family in outside drinking (sort of).
