Favourite map

A few weeks ago I had a jigsaw of an early map of Sctoland delivered. It made me think and so I sent off an image of my favourite map and today it arrived in jigsaw format.
It is a thing of beautry - at least to me - and exits in manuscript form in the British Library at a ridiculously small c20cm by 15cm. I have actually held it as did Laurence Nowell who created it in c1565.
He was a fascinating man, a bit of a polymath, tutor of Edward de Vere, the Earl of Oxford and a putative Shakespeare as well as living in the household of Sir William Cecil, Queen Elizabeth's principal secretary. and I was stuill allowed to hold this book of his manuscripts....
