Sanderling

The Duracell bird of the shoreline - they just keep on running. Around three hundred at north Bay today on their way north. 
Airbnb guests duly arrived  having been looking at a few properties on the island.
I went off to TC for a talk on the photographs of Archibald Chisholm, fairly niche but interesting none-the-less.
