Ash tree flowers

Another day. We watered the garden, walked Pepper around the block, said hello to various neighbours.
I got on with a bit of needlework and then we watched Tipping Point.
Oh dear.
It was lovely to see the ash tree has opened its buds and they are quite fascinating up close. I think it’s probably wind pollinated so maybe not much for the bees, perhaps some pollen.
We may do our weekly essentials shopping tomorrow, that will be traumatic.
