Dog days

Islay looks a wee bit woebegone here which I get. We had Islay for a short day and Ewan enjoyed her company while I went shopping for all of us. Bob took her out to the car where she met Ewan and promptly sat expecting a dog biscuit.
Later in the afternoon I forced myself  to do a run, 1.5 miles, a bit of a stop and then another mile, or just shy of that. Slept well so wondering if I should change my running time to later in the day.
Wonderfully comforting custard for tea, amongst more healthy items including salmon and broccoli.
