Can You Guess What It Is Yet?

Sorry David …………….

The only pictures I took were of the tulip which I want to document in different ways as it wilts and gives up the ghost. Not too easy really because it is lasting too well - better than the rest of the bunch which are bending and beginning to lose their petals (More over here - including a couple with the fallen petals).

After having had to open up the laptop yesterday due to strange noises and getting rather warm (cat fur in the fan) I decided to make a trivet to lift the laptop off the tray. So I did that rather than doing some turning.
I also made a box to hold a turning that had to go down south. That killed some time and get rid of some offcuts of mountboard. It was rather satisfying when It was done and wrapped.

Later I went to the Post Office to send of the box and also a parcel which had to go to Italy and was refused when Italy went into shutdown.
It was a long wait considering there were only 4 people in front of me.
There were 2 assistants ...... one of them not serving and the other one was dealing with two people who were wanting to renew their passports (good luck with getting to use them) - the 3 of them seemed to be completely clueless about how to fill in the forms or work the photomachine.
However, I eventually got served and had no problems .... apart from choking on the price of sending my parcel.
