Cranberries

Today's the day …………………….. for a spoonful

Look what Will found today when he was tidying out the fruit cage in the garden.

He was SO excited to find them, it being the first time he has managed to grow any cranberries at all.  And yes, there were only six of them - but they were the loveliest colour.  They had probably been on the bush all winter, but because he never expected them, I don't suppose he looked for any.

So here they are in all their glory.  What happens now, I'm not sure - but at least they have been recorded for posterity.  And who knows how many there might be next year …………………….?
