Get set, Go!

Project playsuit this morning, so by the time C was up I just needed her to try it on to check the elastic. Two other small, but not got round to it, task completed as well. I always feel better for having a productive morning. Post lunch was mainly spent outside, a spot of gardening, a bit of reading, hula hooping and the kids did some races. Then we all ended up cycling round the rather small garden, clocking up 1 km! 

Just to burn off a bit more steam we headed to Northcliffe for the first of ths weeks c25k, before I went off for a longer run.

Feeling pleasantly tired this evening all that sunshine and exercise!
