Bluebell Carpet

My lowest day since the beginning of the lockdown, in part due to post work fatigue, but mainly the frustration of not being able to run/cycle this morning and be able to go out with the family later. 

The result was a day of not really getting on with much and when we did head out the kids disagreed on which way to go so there was a girls walk and a boys. C & I headed up pass to golf course and down through Heaton Woods exploring the numerous pathways, climbing fallen trees and delighting in the abundance of bluebells.

Back home and feeling refreshed I made a start on a new sewing project, a new playsuit for C, being productive is always a good way to lift my mood.
