Something’s cooking

Eve’s long term companion getting a regular blast of heat in the microwave. Yes, it’s designed for that purpose. A kind of hot bottle I guess.

Continuing a baking theme, I made a sticky toffee pudding first thing for Mrs Smith. It’s her birthday today. One to remember. Not necessarily for all the right reasons. Although at least it was a family affair and things picked up dramatically when Nic popped round with Prosecco. Mrs S spent the late afternoon sat outside with the kids as they had organised a picnic for her which was a lovely thought.

Later, we caught up on the start of the new series of Killing Eve.
