The view from my window

It is a bit of an odd view. My building is in a gulch beneath a steep slope. At the top of the slope is that fence and these shrubs. There is a pavement right beside the fence. I sometimes wonder whether I should wave to folk staring towards my windows. The idea is that these bushes will grow and give us a measure of privacy. Well I see green shoots, and that is a sign of hope.
