Our daily bread

My husband and son have been feeding a bread starter all week and today they baked their first sourdough. It’s very nice and I’m proud of them for persevering with it. I’ve had a leisurely day (and no work calls) of pottering, bike riding and playing my flute. Oh and getting ready for my daughter’s birthday tomorrow... shhh. And the sun has just come out. It always shines for our girl.
