Silly Saturday ....

.... Stay Safe!

That's what these Barbies are doing .... although they're not practicing very good social distancing! But at least they're wearing masks! I got this idea this morning ... probably because I've been making masks for R & I. And I made some for my mom and brother, too.  Those we mailed out on Thursday while we were out. (It looks more like these Barbies are being kidnapped .... but I assure you they weren't!)

Today was quite cold with mostly cloudy skies .... except later in the day. We still wanted (needed!) to get out for a walk so we went to Housenick Park in the afternoon.  Thankfully because of the weather we had the park to ourselves ..... there was one car in the parking lot when we arrived but it was leaving at the time.  

We did our normal short loop around the mansion and returned to the car.  We only saw some American robins and a couple of cardinals while we were at the park.  


COVID-19 by the numbers (as of 12 PM today 4/18/20):
Positive cases in Pennsylvania  - 31,069 (an increase of 1,628)
Negative cases in Pennsylvania - 122,896
Number of deaths in Pennsylvania  -  836 (an increase of 80)
Cases in Northampton County - 1,396 (29 deaths)
