I was able to combine a walk down to Seaton Park with some shopping from Lidls at the other side of the Park. It was a lovely day and it was great to get back to the river again. I took a video of the river. A friend from work had done this at one of my favourite spots and I realised how much I had missed the sound of the water running. I thought it was a good idea but unfortunately I don't seem to be able to take it off the camera. It's not on the memory card and not on the camera either although I can play it on the camera!  I'll need to have another look later on.
