The anticipation!

Two more viewings today. One that was very nice and had lovely neighbours that invited us in to chat and see their place. And one with lots of yard space and overhanging bushes which dad started falling for thinking it gave him plenty of space for pottering! But I became very uneasy with it and started gently steering them away from it due to the amount of work it was going to need continually, the damp from being un looked after and on the market for a long time and it's isolated location.
Oh boy! :/
