All washed up and no where to go

W. and I stopped by the Western Loudoun recycling collection center this evening, on the way to filling up the Jeep with gas. The center shares space with a school bus washing station and parking lot. Still strange and sad to see all these buses completely idle after six whole weeks. Can it really have been so long? Our school system was the first to close in the Washington, DC area. Time passes quickly, even when our days seem slow and quiet.
