Wednesday

Where has the time gone? Seems to have flown by in a groundhog day way with a few added extras for some variety - a few bike rides to mum to take her supplies and have a quick chat from the end of the pavement, an unexpected visit from Sophie with a lovely bunch of tulips, the now weekly and brilliantly funny quiz night with the local lovelies. Those moments that break things up are so important.  I managed a solo bike ride to the river and round Parliament Square on Sunday. It was nice cycling without the traffic even if my knees weren't too happy. The boys are finding their rhythm. Sam still struggling more than Bryn who has embraced nocturnal living, staying up until not sure when chatting to friends and emerging at lunchtime for breakfast.  
Work goes on with endless Zooming to parents and patients, and on Tuesday to hold a reflective group for practitioners. So many anxious and overwhelmed staff trying to support anxious and overwhelmed families. I think it was helpful but really highlighted just how weird this all is with that feeling that we are all doing this thing together but in so many different ways, some definitely easier than others. Equal but really not at all. 

The puzzle is puzzle number three. I abandoned number two because it was just too difficult and life is too short.
