How long is a piece of string?

Its amazing how much you can fit into a day when you get up at 5am!

A days work, 10mile run at the gym, swim, hairwash, birthday Curry with the sister in law and finished with a couple of hours on the sofa in your pjs catching up with some tele!

The training is coming along well, my farthest run since I was training for the Marathon 4 years ago! It was definately tough but glad I managed to complete it. I certainly earnt my big fat curry and birthday cake this evening!
