Tough Old Boots

Well, they aren't actually old at all..but they are Tough. They survived the Tough Guy challenge. A gruelling 15k run followed by SAS-type obstacle coarse. Climbing, wading through water and underwater tunnels, running through fire, under barbed wire and electric things to electricute you! And all surrounded by Mud. Lots of wet, slodgy mud.
Oh bythe way I did not take part in this, I was there to support my 2 friends completing it for Charity. But it was tough on us too!!! I was devestated when I started walking around the farmland its based on at just how muddy it was, and as much I tried my hardest to avoid getting Mud on my new Timberlands It just wasn't possible. My feet spent most of the3.5 hours submerged in some form of Mud, sludge and dirty Mud puddles!
I thought they would be ruined but got home, let the Mud dry and brushed it off and I have to say they are almost brand new!

These Boots were a fantastic investment! Not only that my feet had stayed dry and pretty warm too!
