Teeming tadpoles

I love our pond.  It was very nearly filled in 20 years ago when we had little children but it escaped my new-mother paranoia and has been a joy ever since.

At the moment it's full of water snails, newts and tadpoles and lots of  greenery.  We think we have one fish but it's rarely seen so we can't be sure it's still there.

There has been no intervention from us and so it's been our little bit of re-wilding in the garden, absolutely fascinating and we all love it.
