Spaghetti monster

The downside of 3D printing is when something goes wrong.  Because it is largely unattended,  a malfunction can cause chaos.

I went to pick up a print of 8 PPE visors last night and found this mess which is called a spaghetti monster.

Fortunately, after clearing up this morning,  everything is working fine again
