Crafting is kind of messy

Today's title was a well observed quote from our niece this evening. She's spent a bit of time with us today after school. We've had a collection of favourite games out before Annie arrived home and the mosaic tiles came out to continue some "crafting" that began on a previous visit. Annie's in her element now, hundreds of small tiles spread across the living room floor.

I (Chris) have been out with the running club this evening, great to have a Monday night session after two cancelled weeks due to weather. It was hill efforts week so a gentle run to and from a suitable 'hill' with a half-hour session of climbs and recoveries to really stretch the stamina of the group. Fun evening.

I (Annie) heard a great quote today: "A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives" - Jackie Robinson.

Too right.
