Nearly there....

Off to Adams Park this afternoon - top of the table clash for Wycombe, taking on fourth placed Rochdale. A win is crucial if they are to maintain their automatic promotion hopes, and spare us the play-off agony again... Come on Lads!!!!

Fab comedy last night at the local theatre - Rob Brydon on scintillating form, destroying various people in the audience with acidic barbs, and being in third row we were a little too close to the action, Mrs DP escaping lightly as he commented on our town being "middle class, full of people who are Independent readers, holidaying in France". At this point she was doubled over laughing prompting him to say "here's one! you're one of them aren't you madame!". Thankfully he left it there, unlike poor Dave behind us - the white van driver who transports nail varnish and who at 59 years old is nearing the end of his life - we learned all about him! Then James Corden rolled on stage at the end to round off proceedings nicely. Still sore from laughing.
