Let Us Fish

This is an organization of Americans (lots of US flags) who feel their rights are being ignored by the State of Washington…  It seems WA was the only state that has banned all recreational and shellfishing til at least May 4, and these fisher people with all kinds of boats have had enough.  their signs mostly say “Let Us fish”  Have not seen the report on the news yet but there were lots of boats coming from Lake Washington to congregate at Gasworks Park in Lake Union.   Close together but it’s hard to be closer than 6 feet from someone on another boat.     Some other restrictions are being let up this week…residential construction, with strict safely guidelines is one.

Not a great picture from between some houses on our walk with only a 70mm lens.. Could see them better from my roof deck.  Oh well, here you get a view of some of the roof decks of some floating homes….there are some very cool outdoor rooms but it’s crazy, I look at them a lot from my deck and rarely see anyone up there —-even on those nice warm days we had.
