A sign of the times

A dull day, with rain for first time in 35 days.

A quiet morning for a change. In the afternoon, had a difficult phone call trying to sort out a financial issue with a company, but with no resolution so far.

On our walk, we passed this row of new houses, which have had work on them stopped since the Lockdown began back in March. The last time I saw a sight like was in Spain, just after the 2008 financial crash.
Since these are just along our short road we hope it won’t be long until work can start again.
