Walking their legs off

As the weather forecast isn't so good from tomorrow I took Emily and Storm for a longer than usual walk. I took the hint that we'd gone far enough when their little legs gave out...

They were rolling in something smelly enough to need a bath as soon as we got home. Team Beagle didn't miss out, they went for their favourite walk with Martin.

The box of secondhand jewellery I bought on eBay arrived today so taking everything apart filled the afternoon. I'm pleased with what was in the box.

I made a double batch of cheese scones so I could leave some on my friend's doorstep for his birthday. He liked his card too :)
