Birmingham night scape

I'm working in Birmingham for the foreseeable future staying in hotels of varying quality during that time.

This week I am in a boutique hotel in The Cube. The photograph show the view from my room on the 23rd floor.

It is almost surreal to be aware of the city but without the noise.
