Art Therapy in the morning. Despite not getting to sleep until  3.45am I was surprised I got up ok. The art therapist asked me what one I was. I pointed to the one with the straight mouth. Nothing, numb, don't care.

Walk in the afternoon via an open coffee shop (takeaway).
